These terms apply to the Finisher Hive online store at finisherhive.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller trading as Finisher Hive. Contact us at JollyAdventPlush@outlook.com.

1. Using our store

You must have legal capacity to place an order, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. Please use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to misuse other customers’ information.

2. Products and prices

Finisher Hive sells modular wooden medal display frames. The selected set contains 3, 6 or 9 frames. Medals and other styling props shown in photographs are not included. Natural wood colour and grain may vary.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The order total and any applicable charges collected by us are shown before you confirm payment. Product or price changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

3. Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and review your selected set before placing your order. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

If an item is unavailable, a clear pricing error occurs or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is cancelled and cannot be supplied, any payment taken for it will be refunded.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for all supported destinations. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, customs and delivery support. Delivery estimates do not remove any statutory rights if goods are delayed, lost or damaged.

5. Returns and cancellation

We offer a 30-day voluntary return window, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty goods remain available regardless of that voluntary offer.

6. Privacy and third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment providers and linked third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections and remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms applicable when you place an order continue to apply to that order unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
