This shipping policy applies to orders placed with Finisher Hive at finisherhive.com.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days for all destinations available at checkout, including the United States, Canada, Europe and other supported countries.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate; customs checks, carrier disruption or severe weather can affect delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory delivery and refund rights are not affected.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to destinations available at checkout. No minimum order value is required. Return shipping is covered separately in our Return and Refund Policy.
Order confirmation and tracking
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. When your parcel is dispatched, we will email the tracking information. Carrier tracking may take a few days to show its first update.
Delivery address
Please check your address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.
Customs and import charges
Depending on the destination, import duties or local taxes may apply. Any taxes or duties collected by us are displayed at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the destination authorities or carrier and are payable by the recipient where applicable law permits.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If a parcel is missing, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email us with your order number and, where available, photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Carrier issues do not remove your statutory rights.
